The project site is located is already recognized by the market for high-end development and as the place to be for upcoming projects. There are numerous activities the area has to offer, for both locals and tourists.

The site is surrounded by nature and has a calming atmosphere and has potential to become a gastronomical destination that sets a new benchmark in Pokhara and even in Nepal.

CONCEPT

The design is evolved around the need to have maximum seating capacity in an existing space. Allowing a large number of clients to dine at the same time and separate hours of the day. Single travelers, couples and groups.

It encourages the client to not just eat-in but also have the ability to eat-out. The fresh vibe of the easy to take away deli.

The restaurant will have the ability to transform and have maximum optimization at various times of the day. Creating a fresh vibe yet an evening ambiance

Natural light materials which give a welcoming and inviting approach to the customer.

Warm elements and neutral tones.

The use of natural vegetation in order to give a healthy fresh vibe.

Materials which are local and available.
