junior architect
Full Time | In-House
EXPERIENCE :
- An accredited professional architecture degree (B.Arch. or M.Arch).
- One year or more of professional architecture firm experience.
- Proficiency or the willingness to learn Rhino and Revit is a must.
- Experience filing construction documents required.
- Legally able to work in Nepal.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist our team of architects and designers on projects through all design phases.
- Contribute to construction document production.
- Conduct site visits or surveys.
- Research products, fixtures, and finishes.
QUALITIES :
- English language proficiency.
- A passion for adaptive reuse and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enjoy working with committed partners in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
