The project site is overlooking a golf course and a dense forest on each facing sides.
Due to such level abundance of greenery, the site offers the opportunity to be surrounded by nature amidst the busy surrounding.
CONCEPT
Luxury one bedroom minimal villa retreat, a response to an extension and expansion of existing retreat.
The luxury retreat villas submerged in tropical abundance in a sequence of minimal
aesthetic villa homes.
Soft soothing natural colours will instantly calm the mind, where one can rejuvenate and restore.
Natural vegetation carefully placed to create an exotic, tranquil vibe.

NP VILLA is a singular entity of a bigger masterplan of these units alongside existing lagoon.
The soul of these villas are a direct correspond to the local heritage and the craftmanship which is found in the community.
Each one of these units have a floor plan which seamlessly transitions between each other without any physical barriers.

The living space has been lifted off the ground to prevent from flooding and unwanted environmental factors which are very common in this region.
A simple form of hip-roof is also lifted from the main structure which provides much needed light from all sides, keeping privacy intact.
The front porch also extends towards lagoon with an addition of wooden trellis which provides the much needed shading. The building sits idly, bracing the landscape.
