CONCEPT
A family home to form new memories and stories, for all the generations
The architectural design of this house is a reflection of the irregular shape of the site, while still adhering to the governing byelaws and setback regulations.
The footprint of the house is carefully planned to make the most of the available space, while still maintaining a balance between privacy and communal living areas.
The upper levels of the home are dedicated to bedrooms and bathrooms, providing privacy and personal space for each member of the family. Each bedroom is designed to be comfortable and cozy, and the bathrooms are modern and functional.
In addition to the bedrooms, the lower level of the home features additional living spaces, such as a den or office, which are perfect for quiet work or leisure.
This 2.5-storied family home is designed to foster a sense of community and togetherness while also providing privacy and personal space for each member of the family. It’s a perfect place to create new memories and stories that will be treasured for years to come.
