CONCEPT
An iconic contemporary space that creates transparency and duality, embraced by the natural organic light.
Materials that enhance a dynamic play and creates a modular design.
Material Mood Board
The very objective of the project was to design a state of an art office building, with clean looks and functional.
Since the site was located in prime location, the design was curated alongside the task of creating maximum rental space with respect to the local municipality guidelines.
The part of the building’s footprint was intricately carved out to install the vertical car lift. This didn’t only made sure the building had sufficient parking space with minimum footprint, but also maximized the rentable space.
The façade of the building has been installed with movable wooden louvers, which not only creates the feeling of warmth, but also the intensity of sunlight could be controlled. Easy to maintain and protects for different seasons.
Alongside this, the glass blocks alongside the circulation space creates the light play dynamics within.
The soul of the design was to create a well designed building that can help to attract and retain staff, enable them to work in better space that acts as an ingredient of business success.
Creating an environment of peace and solitude where simplicity and complexity meet.
Transforming traditional office spaces into ‘open’, transparency-enhancing architectures with fewer walls, doors and other spatial boundaries.
A curated sanctuary of tranquility and inspiration that’s collected in memories from tropics to the mountains of Nepal.⠀
