CONCEPT
Unsophisticated eatery with simple aesthetics and functionality, where everything else is the background and pizza & wine is the star.⠀
Grey terrazzo subtly features the heart of the pizzeria, the kitchen counter; while other details are minimally toned down to give a different ambiance throughout the day.
A simple row of unsophisticated wooden chairs gives diners the best view of the whole process of pizza making, with a clear view of the glittering streetscape of Durbarmarg.
