SITE

Nyanyi is a peaceful coastal village in southwest Bali, known for its serene black-sand beaches, lush rice fields, and laid-back local charm.

Just a short drive from bustling Canggu, it offers a quieter alternative with growing interest in boutique resorts and private villas, making it ideal for those seeking natural beauty and a slower pace of life.

CONCEPT

A grounded tropical home where natural materials, soft light, and open spaces foster a quiet connection to the outdoors.

Part of the larger Nyanyi Residences masterplan, this 615 sqm plot is divided into two equal halves—each hosting a 150 sqm, 2-bedroom single-storey home.

The mirrored layout of both units creates a sense of balance, overlooking a curated tropical landscape designed to feel both private and connected.

Each home is a quiet retreat—crafted from natural materials and planned with a minimal footprint. An open floor plan ties the living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one seamless volume.

Large openings on both sides bring in soft light and cross breezes, while high ceilings enhance the spatial quality. The layout is efficient yet generous, designed to feel grounded, warm, and breathable—ideal for long-term, tropical living.

Bedrooms open directly to the garden, reinforcing a strong connection to the outdoors. A hidden door behind the wardrobe leads to the bathroom, offering privacy without disrupting the sense of calm.

Soft textures, natural light, and earthy tones shape a restful atmosphere throughout. Every detail—from spatial arrangement to material choice—supports a lifestyle that is unhurried, rooted, and deeply attuned to nature.
